Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy Effective Date: 01/01/2005 Introduction At Simpson Solutions, we appreciate your business and aim to provide you with the best rental experience. To ensure a smooth operation, we have implemented the following Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Cancellation Policy Customers must notify us at least 12 hours in advance to cancel or modify their rental reservation. Cancellations can be made via direct mobile contact, email, online booking system. No-Show Policy A "No-Show" is defined as failing to pick up the rented equipment/vehicle without prior cancellation notification. Customers who do not show up for their reservation will be charged a no-show fee of 20% of the total rental cost. Fees Reservations canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental cost. The no-show fee will be applied if the customer does not arrive for their scheduled pickup and has not provided advance notice. Exceptions We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Customers are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to fulfill their reservation. Acknowledgment By making a reservation with Simpson Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
